Dentalendar — Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Dentalendar account and the personal data linked to it in either of the ways below.

From within the app

1. Open Dentalendar and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password (if you sign in with Google or Apple, verify again with that account). Your account is deleted immediately.

If you are the only owner of a clinic that has other members, first make another team member an owner or delete the clinic. If you have upcoming appointments, move them to another dentist or cancel them first.

If you deleted the app or can’t sign in

From the email address registered with Dentalendar, send an email to support@nisotab.com with the subject “Account deletion”. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, notification preferences and push subscription are deleted.
• Your profile is anonymized: your name, email, phone and profile photo are removed, and you appear as “Deleted user” in the records of clinics you worked in.
• Clinics in which you are the only member are deleted with all their data.
• Data of clinics that have other members (patient records, appointments, payments) belongs to the clinic and stays there.

This cannot be undone.

Deleting a clinic or patient data

A clinic owner can delete a clinic and all of its data under Clinic → Clinic settings → Clinic info → Delete clinic. If you are a patient and want your data deleted, please contact your clinic, which controls your data.
